Kaveh Jourabchian – Founder and Managing Director of FARSIPOL LAW GmbH

Kaveh Jourabchian is the founder and Managing Director of FARSIPOL LAW GmbH. He studied law and initially gained valuable practical experience at an established law firm specialising in immigration and foreign nationals law. After moving from Germany to Switzerland, he continued his professional career in the field of immigration and residence law and has been providing legal advice and representation in this area for many years.

In the course of his professional practice, he advises and represents private individuals, particularly in matters relating to immigration, residence and asylum law, before cantonal migration authorities and other government bodies, the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM), as well as in proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court.

His main areas of practice include residence permits, visa and entry procedures, company formation in Switzerland, family reunification, permanent residence and naturalisation, as well as complex immigration and asylum law proceedings. Through his many years of professional activity in Germany and Switzerland, he has gained extensive practical experience in advising and representing international clients.

In addition to his legal education, Kaveh Jourabchian completed further studies in business administration, management and business consulting at the Universities of Potsdam and Konstanz.

Furthermore, he is a generally sworn judicial translator for German and Persian, as well as an officially and judicially recognised translator. Born in Tehran, he speaks German, English and Persian (Farsi) fluently. His linguistic, legal and intercultural expertise enables him to provide clients with direct and comprehensive assistance, including in complex cross-border and international matters.

In addition to his legal career, Kaveh Jourabchian has many years of professional experience in tennis in Germany and Switzerland. He holds coaching qualifications from the German and Swiss tennis federations, has worked as a tournament referee and has also managed a tennis academy. The experience he gained over many years in competitive sports continues to shape his professional approach: structured, goal-oriented and characterised by a high level of personal commitment.
