Initial Steps and Communication for Phone or In-Person Consultation
The first and most important step in matters related to visas, immigration, and legal branches such as residency rights, citizenship, and other related issues is to arrange a consultation session with an experienced and qualified professional. With our expertise and legal knowledge, we guide you through the process of immigration and residency in Switzerland and Germany.
If you have questions about our services before booking a consultation, you can briefly contact our office by phone or send a message via WhatsApp. This initial communication is completely free and is only to determine whether your issue falls within our area of expertise. Please note that during this brief conversation, we cannot provide answers to questions such as whether there is a solution for your specific issue, as these require a thorough review of your documents and case details.
Our Areas of Expertise
We offer consultation in various areas, including residency law, labor law (Switzerland), immigration, and different types of visas. However, for topics such as family law, labor law in Germany, criminal law, tenancy law, and other specialized legal fields, we recommend consulting a specialized lawyer or the appropriate experts/advisory services in these areas.
Booking a Consultation
To get in touch with us and book a consultation, simply click the online booking button and fill out the form. This allows you to easily select and reserve a suitable time. Payment details will be sent to your email after booking. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email listed at the bottom of the page. Please pay attention to the following points as well as the consultation session policies at the end of this page.
- Your messages on WhatsApp and email will be answered during working days and hours, in the order they are received.
- If you require urgent consultation (e.g., nearing the deadline for filing an appeal), please inform us of the issue and reason for urgency via phone, WhatsApp, or email after booking. In such cases, an earlier appointment will be arranged for you.
Consultation Fee Payment
Fees for online consultations must be paid in advance. You can use the following methods to make a payment:
- Payment to our Bank account in Germany or Switzerland.
- In-person payment via card machine at the office.
- Cash payment at the office.
Consultation Fees
We believe that professional consultation requires time, effort, and specialized knowledge. Providing high-quality advice demands a deep understanding of immigration laws, continuous updates on regulations, and thorough case analysis. For this reason, we do not offer free consultations, as they often provide only superficial or general information and lack real value for clients.
A consultation with Mr. Kaveh Jourabchian, an experienced specialist in immigration and residency matters in Switzerland and Germany, is a unique opportunity to receive personalized solutions. During these sessions, we carefully review your circumstances and present all possible options in line with the latest laws. Even if no immediate solution is available, our consultation will provide you with a clearer understanding of your situation.
- Online Consultation (phone): 180,- Swiss francs (190,- euros)
- In-Person Consultation: 220,- Swiss francs (235,- euros)
If you decide to proceed with our services within one month of the consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from your case fees.
Our services do not include legal insurance coverage.
The session lasts a maximum of one hour and includes document review, situation analysis, and the presentation of legal solutions. For more specific and complex issues, a customized fee will be communicated to you before the session.
Emergency Appointments for Urgent Matters
If your case requires urgent attention (e.g., a deadline for filing an appeal is approaching), please explain the reason for urgency via WhatsApp or email after booking your consultation through the online system. In such cases, an emergency appointment will be arranged for you.
